Note: We will use Google Chrome and Android phone to demonstrate the steps in this guide.
Step 2: Now, press yourprofile iconfrom where you post.
Step 3: choose yourprofile pictureand chooseUpdate profile picture.
Step 4: ChooseUpload photo.
Step 5: Choose the picture you want to upload from the File Explorer and clickOpen.
Step 6: Next, make the necessary adjustments to the photo and clickSave.
Now, go to your profile and look for the profile picture you posted in your timeline.
Step 8: Choose theOnly meoption and clickSave.
Your profile picture has been hidden.
Its invisible to everyone else on Facebook, though youll still see it on your timeline.
Step 2: Again, tap on theprofile picture> chooseSelect profile picture.
You will be taken to the Select Photo screen.
Step 3: Scroll through your gallery and select thephotoyou want to use as a profile picture.
Step 4: Finally, uncheck the box forShare your update to News Feed, and tapSave.
You have updated your Facebook profile picture without posting it to the Newsfeed.
Step 3: From your profile, punch yourprofile picture> chooseUpdate profile picture.
Step 5: Choose thepictureyou want to upload from File Explorer or Finder and clickOpen.
Once you see the Update profile picture pop-up, continue with the steps below.
Step 6: Make the necessary adjustments to the image and clickSave.
Step 7: Click thethree-dot iconat the top-right corner of the post and selectHide from profile.
You have successfully hidden your profile picture in your timeline.
Step 1: Launch theFacebook appand tap on theprofile iconat the top left corner of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll through your gallery and choose the photo you want to make your profile picture.
Step 4: Under Preview profile picture, add a description, adjust the image, and tapSave.
Now, go to your profile and look for the profile picture you posted on your timeline.
Step 5: Tap thethree-dot iconat the top right corner and selectHide from profile.
Note:you might alsochange your name on Facebook.
However, you’re free to adjust the privacy parameters for your profile picture.
Changing your profile picture on Facebook to Only Me means that only you could see the picture.
