In theNormalview, click theDesigntab.

Use the buttons in theOrientationsection to select a vertical orientation or enter dimensions in theWidthandHeightfields.

SelectOKto apply the changes.

PressOKto keep your changes.

Select theFilemenu and choosePage Setup.

In thePage Setupdialog box, across fromSlides, select thePortraitorientation.

As an alternative, select custom dimensions in theSizesection, making the height greater than the width.

ChooseOKto apply the changes.

SelectSlide Size, then chooseCustom Slide Size.

There is a workaround if you must have this capability.
