In the message window, go to theMessagetab, then, in theIncludegroup, clickAttach File.

Browse to and snag the file that you want to attach.

When composing a message, attach files by using the commands on theInserttab in theIncludegroup.

Or, drag files from folders on your system and drop them on the message window.

In your message, go to theMessagetab, then selectAttach File(the paper clip icon).

Locate the item you want to attach and select it.

If the attachment is too large, you’ll see an fault signal.

If the file doesn’t exceed 25 MB, it’s possible toincrease the Outlook attachment size limit.
