Songs marked with an “E” symbol have explicit lyrics.
While the steps are similar for both, the screenshots below are from the iOS app.
From the Home feed screen, select theProfilephoto on the top left.
Locate theMusictab by swiping toward the left on the tabs.
Generally, it will be located after theLife eventstab.
go for the “plus” icon on the Music screen to add a song.
SelectSee allto display all available songs under each category.
Tap the song you want to add.
The songs are added to the Music tab.
choose the playhead to preview the song.
All songs have a playback length of 90 seconds.
Select thethree dotson the right of the song to display a sliding menu.
SelectPin to profileto pin the song to your public Facebook profile.
Go back to yourProfileto see the song pinned below your profile photo and name.
How to Remove a Song From a Profile
Go to your FacebookProfilepage.
choose the three dots next to the pinned song.
SelectDelete song from profileto remove the song completely from the Music tab.
you might go back and add the track anytime you want.
Select thestatusfield to start making a post, and then selectPhoto/Video.
Once you select an image or movie, tapEditin the upper-left corner.
Choose theStickericon, tapMusic, and select a song.
Make any other finishing touches to the post, and the music will play when you add it.
