If the music is copyrighted, you must have permission to use it.
If it has a Creative Commons license, you must give credit to the musician.
If its in the Public Domain, you could use it freely.
Copy the URL of the soundtrack.
initiate the Google Slides presentation where you want to play the sound file.
pick the slide where the sound file will play.
Select an icon or text on the slide for the link.
Go toInsert>Link.
Paste the link in theLinktext box and selectApply.
To test the audio file and see to it it plays, selectPresent.
opt for text or image containing the link.
A new web app window opens with the page for the SoundCloud audio file.
Minimize the online window window to return to your presentation.
When you want to end the audio, return to the web page for the soundtrack and selectPause.
Go to the page containing the video you want to use.
SelectCopyto copy the link to the Clipboard.
fire up the presentation that will contain the audio file.
opt for slide that will play the file.
Go toInsert>Video.
In theInsert videodialog box, selectBy URL.
Paste the URL for the YouTube video and chooseSelect.
A thumbnail image of the video appears on the slide.
Resize and move the video so it’s out of the way.
In theFormat optionspane, expand theVideo playbacklist.
Enter theStart atandEnd attimestamps you want to use when playing the video.
Close theFormat optionspanel when youre finished.
SelectPresentto start the slideshow from the current slide.
The video will start automatically, and youll hear the audio.

Then, use your favoritefree audio converter software programto convert those audio files to video format.
There are several online converters, but a free and easy converter is media.io Audio Converter.
To convert audio to MP4 using media.io:
Go to themedia.iowebsite.
Go to the folder containing the audio file, choose the file, and selectOpen.
Youre returned to the web page and the file is added to the list.
Add more files, if needed.
Select theConvert todropdown arrow, point atVideo, and selectMP4.
SelectConvertand wait while the file converts to MP4 format.
When the conversion is complete, selectDownload All.
The file downloads to your box using your browsers default download method.
The file is in ZIP format.
Extract the file to a folder on your setup.
Sign in to yourGoogle Driveaccount.
Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
Navigate to the folder containing the converted audio file, choose the file, and selectOpen.
kick off the presentation that will include the audio.
grab the slide where you want to play the audio.
Choose the converted audio file.
Resize and move the video so it doesnt cover important information on the slide.
SelectVideo playbackto expand the list.
SelectPresentto start the slideshow from the current slide and ensure that the audio plays automatically.
