You’ll see a list of any networks broadcasting their names.
If the web connection isn’t secured, you’ll get connected straight away.
If you don’t see your internet, tapOther.
If it is secured, you’ll be prompted to enter the Password.
However, the basic process is the same.
The precise steps differs to varying degrees amongst the various versions of Android across manufacturers.
First, pull down the notification bar.
If Wi-Fi is one of your quick controls there (it most likely is), tapWi-Fi.
You may see a web connection name rather than the word “Wi-Fi.”
Alternatively, tapSettings > Connections > WiFito go to this controls screen directly.
If Wi-Fi is off on your equipment, tap the toggle switch to enable it.
Now, your rig will search for networks.
If you see the one you want, tap it.
If not, you may need to enter the connection’s name; tapAdd connection.
If you do have to set up your internet automatically, confirm you use the right Security setting.
Tap the security dropdown menu, then tapWPA/WPA2/FT PSK.
Once you provide this password, you should get connected.
The below instructions are valid for Windows 10.
In the bottom-right of your screen, select thenetworkicon in the System Tray.
If you don’t see anything, check to confirm your wireless internet card is turned on.
go for the online grid you want to join from the displayed networks.
If the connection isn’t secured with a password, it will connect right away.
Otherwise, enter the required password.
You’re now connected to the Wi-Fi web connection.
In this case, you’ll need to take a couple extra steps from the online grid panel.
Alternatively, pressWindows key, then selectSettings>web link & Internet.
SelectAdd a new web connection.
In the new dialog box, enter theNetwork name.
If the web connection requires a password, go for the appropriate Security punch in.
Enter the Security key/password.
Optionally, selectConnect automaticallyand/orConnect even if this web connection is not broadcasting.
The below instructions are valid for macOS 10.14 (Mojave).
Click thenetworkicon in the menu bar.
If you see the name of your online grid, click it.
If not, clickJoin Other connection, and enter the connection’s name.
If you’re prompted for a password, enter it in the window and clickOKto join.
However, things can get trickier when connecting to more secured Wi-Fi.
