Localization has long been a point of contention in game development.

Sometimes developers get it right, gaining praise fromusers on Twitterand other social media.

Whether they get it wrong or right is only half of the equation, though.

Users also need to know that games support their home language.

Over the years, localization has improved greatly in video games.

This is important because gaming has such an international appeal.
