Like many women, Schreiber has experienced feeling unsafe and vulnerable.

She and her group of friends banded together to ensure they all felt safe in new or sketchy situations.

SafeUp is free and available on iOS and Android devices in 107 countries.

The app provides a safe, online online grid of women helping women.

If need be, guardians even can physically come to you to walk with you in rare cases.
