Did you notice it!
The default way of changing tweaks and accessing extensions was using the wrench icon in Chrome net net app.
It used to be present on the far right hand side to the address bar.
Now its been replaced with 3 horizontal lines called the Hotdog icon.
Im presently usingVersion 24.0.1297.0developer version of Google Chrome.
In that I can see the new Hotdog icon replacing thewrench icon.
Lets see what is possible if you smack the earlier version of wrench icon.
As you’re able to see in the screenshot the following options are available.
Ill explain some the unknown things here.
When you click New Incognito window, a new window will open.
The pages you view in this mode or window wont appear in your surfing app history or search history.
They wont leave any traces of cookies after you close all open incognito windows.
The other details can be seen in this screenshot which opens upon first clicking of the incognito window.
When you move your mouse over Bookmarks it shows up more options.
you might use the Bookmark manager to organize your bookmarks.
it’s possible for you to also create folders, re-arrange them etc using this option.
Just like the Bookmarks drop down options, Tools also has someexciting features.
These are some of the options you get under the replaced wrench icon inGoogle Chrome.
