Turn Bluetooth off and on (restart).

Bluetooth devices sometimes misbehave even if they were working previously or connected before.

After turning off Bluetooth, wait at least a minute, and then turn it back on.

Doing this resets the connection and may solve some more common issues.

It clears out the active memory and may solve some basic connection issues.

Re-pair your earbuds to your phone.

To do this, you better first unpair the Galaxy Buds 2 to delete the Bluetooth profile.

Try connecting the Galaxy Buds 2 to another machine.

If the Galaxy Buds 2 still won’t connect, you now know they’re the problem.

Charge the Galaxy Buds 2.

The battery level of the Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds may be too low to support a reliable connection.

Always use a Samsung-approved charger or adapter.

Let the earbuds, and case, charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to pair them.

Soft reset your Galaxy Buds 2.

Start by placing the Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds inside the wireless charging case and closing the lid.

Wait for 7 to 10 seconds until they power cycle.

If theres a red light on the charging case, it needs to be charged.

Factory reset the Galaxy Buds 2.

Youll have to re-pair your earbuds with all of your devices.

You must use theGalaxy Wearableapp, which is not available on iOS.

First, put the earbuds in pairing mode before trying toconnect the Galaxy Buds to a laptop.

In Windows, find your Galaxy Buds fromSettings>Bluetooth & devices>Add.

On a Mac, go toSystem Preferences>Bluetoothto find and connect to your Galaxy Buds.

On your iPhone, tapSettings>Bluetooth> and select your earbuds fromOther Devices.
