Save time and make a global change in your current presentation using theSlide Master.

To accomplish this:

Go toView.

In theMaster Viewsgroup, selectSlide Master.

A new tab appears labeledSlide Master.

A set of slides appears in the Slide pane of the Master view.

The top slide is called theSlide Master.

To change fonts, select a text box.

SelectOKwhen you have made all your changes.

Go toHomeand, then in theEditinggroup, select theReplacedropdown arrow.

SelectReplace Fontsto open theReplace Fontdialog box.

choose the font that you want to change in theReplacefield.

choose the font you want to change to in theWithfield.

Once youve made your selections, selectReplace.

Change other fonts in the presentation, if needed.

SelectClosewhen youre finished changing fonts.

If youchange fonts on individual slides, you’ll have to change any new slides you create afterward.

Test out your changes by creating a new slide.

The new slide should reflect the new font choice.
