Apple WatchOS 7: New features
WatchOS 7brings the sleep tracking feature.
Users will be able to customize vibration signals for their sleep tracking time and alarm clock.
It also means that you have to charge the watch throughout the day or evening.

Once this is done, the watch will automatically start a 20-second countdown.
If the user finishes early, a message will be displayed asking to resume washing.
Mobility metrics:the new metrics are available in the Health app.
