Error messages are your friend.
When you see an error code on a web page, it’s considered anHTTP status code.
The number one fix is todouble-check the URLto verify it’s been entered correctly.

The page isn’t allowing access to the public.
It’s inaccessible because you’re not on the “approved” list of visitors.
If you don’t authenticate with the page, you’ll see a403 Forbiddenerror.

Google might even be helpful here,through its cache feature.
Wait a few minutes (or longer), or try refreshing the page.
It also wouldn’t hurt to see to it the URL has been entered accurately.

You might also see this error asnetwork connection refused by the serverornetwork connection timed out.
This error is usually temporary.
Like some online error messages, this one is usually not a permanent issue.

You might also see this asdomain unavailable,web link unavailable, oraddress unavailable.
To fix it, start by checking the URL for problems (maybe it was typed incorrectly).
