Step 1:PressWin + Sand typeAMD Software: Adrenalin Edition.

Run AMD Radeon Software with admin privileges

Its best to terminate the app and relaunch it.

Step 3:Head to theAMDfolder, select theCNfolder, and click theDeletebutton (trash icon).

power cycle your PC and relaunch the AMD Radeon software, and it will rebuild the CN folder.

Select the CN folder and click Delete button

Step 1:pop pop the Run prompt, key in%localappdata%/AMD/CN,and clickOK.

Step 2:Selectgmdb.blband delete the file.

Step 1:Close all instances ofEpic Games Launcher.

Select gmdb.blb and click Delete

It should work if the reason for you was AMD Radeon Graphics software interfering with the Epic Games launcher.
