On iPhone
SelectPrivacy & Securityin the controls app.
Tap onLocation Servicesand enable theLocation Servicestoggle.

On Android
Open theSettingsapp and navigate to theLocationsection.Turn on the toggleat the top to enable location services.
Heres how to do it.
Step 1:Navigate to thePrivacy & Securitysection in theSettingsapp.
Step 2:Search for the app youre using to share your live location and tap on it.
Change the setting under Allow Location Access toAlways.
Also, fire up the toggle forPrecise Location.

Step 2:pick the app youre using to share your live location.
Tap onAllow only while using the app.
Also, switch on the toggle next toUse precise location.
So, dont turn off mobile data or Wi-Fi.
So, if youre using Google Maps or WhatsApp, dont clear it from the recent apps section.
So, if Google Maps doesnt work, try Find My.
If that doesnt work, maybe try WhatsApp?
