Before you begin, cycle your Android gadget and ensure you have an active plan that supports outgoing calls.
OpenSettings, go toMobile connection > SIM preferences,and check the preferred SIM forVoice Calls.
OpenSettings > Mobile web connection, select theSIMcard, and turn it off and turn it on.

OpenSettings > Mobile data pipe > Wi-Fi calling, and turn it off.
Tap and hold thePhoneapp icon, and select app info.
