Step 1:Open theSettingsapp.
Go toApps>Manage apps.
FindGoogle Play StoreandGoogle Play Servicesfrom the list.
If you dont find them, bring up the list that says System Apps.
Step 2:Find the relevant option, and ensure youhavent restricted cellular dataaccess for these apps.
You will need to wipe the cache for the Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
Step 1:Open theSettingsapp.
Go toApps > Manage apps.
FindGoogle Play StoreandGoogle Play Servicesfrom the list.
Note: If you dont find them, kick off the list that says System Apps.
Step 2:Tap onClear data>Clear cachefor both apps.
Uninstalling all the updates restores the apps, and theyll automatically update to the latest version.
Step 1:Open theSettingsapp.
Go toApps > Manage apps.
FindGoogle Play StoreandGoogle Play Servicesfrom the list.
If you dont find them, fire up the list that says System Apps.
Step 2:SelectUninstall Updates.
If this doesnt work, try manually updatingGoogle Play ServicesorGoogle Play Storeon your rig.
Step 1:Open theSettingsapp and go toPasswords & accounts.
Step 2:opt for Google account you want to remove.
Step 3:Wait for the account to be removed.
Then, tap onAdd account.
you could now open Play Store and see if you could jump in to the app.
