When itcollects a corrupt cache, you may face issues loading TikTok on the web.
Step 1:VisitTikTokon the web and click thelock iconin the address bar.
Step 2:Click onSite parameters.
Step 3:ClickDelete datato clear TikTok data.
Heres how to fix it.
On Windows
Step 1:Click thequick toggles menuon the Taskbar.
Step 2:DisableBattery Saver.
Refresh TikTok on the web and give it another spin.
On Mac
Step 1:Click thebattery iconon the menu bar > chooseBattery tweaks.
Step 3:Expand thedrop-downmenu > chooseNevernext to the Low Power Mode.
Once done, go back to the web app and refresh TikTok on the web.

Step 1:Press theWindows + I keysto launch options.

Step 6:Add8.8.8.8as the Preferred DNS and8.8.4.4as the Alternate DNS > clickOK.
reboot your preferred net net app, and you should be able to re-access TikTok.
