Once you reinstall the app, it will install a fresh copy, sans the problematic setting.

Step 1:Long-press theInstagram appand tap onUninstall.
Once done, go to the Play Store and reinstall Instagram.
Sign in again and share the Reel with the relevant contact.
On iPhone
Step 1:Long-press theInstagram appand tap onDelete App.
Wait for the app to be uninstalled.
Then, kick off the App Store andreinstall Instagram.
Complete the app setup and try sharing the Reel with the relevant contact to check.
