To fix this, you must sign out of your account and sign on again.
Step 1:Open thePrime Video appand tap theprofile picture iconat the top-right corner.
Step 2:Go toSettings.
Step 3:Tap onMy Account.
Step 4:Tap onSign outand confirm your decision.
Then, sign back in and check again.
That means up to 3 people can watch movies and TV shows from Prime Video simultaneously.
Step 1:OpenPrime Video> tap onprofile picture>tweaks.
Step 2:Tap onRegistered devices.
Step 3:HitDeregisterbeside unnecessary devices and confirm your decision.
Step 2:HitDelete App.
Now, go to the App Store and download the Prime Video app again.
Then, enter with your Prime Video account and see if the app is working as expected.
