On Telegram App
Step 1:Open theTelegram appand then tap onSettings.
Step 2:Tap onPrivacy and Securityand then choosePasscode and Face ID.
Step 3:Enter yourTelegram Passcode.
Step 4:activate the option ofUnlock with Face ID.
If not, turn on the toggle to enable it.
Then, relaunch Telegram and peek if the problem is solved.
On iPhone options
Step 1:OpenSettingsand then selectTelegram.
Step 2:Enable Face ID for Telegram.
Step 1:OpenSettingson your iPhone.
Step 2:Scroll down and then tap onFace ID & Passcode.
Step 3:Enter youriPhone Passcodeto gain access.
Step 4:Tap onOther Apps.
If not, tap the toggle next to Telegram to fire up the feature.
This will also restore the Face ID controls to default.
OpenSettings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All configs.
