Repair or reset it fromWindows Settingsto restore its normal functioning.
Step 1:Press theWindows key, searchTelegram Desktop, and right-click it to open itsApp prefs.
Step 2:SelectRepairto repair the app.
If the issue persists, clickResetto restore the app to its default values.
Head to theMicrosoft Storeto update it.
Alternatively, you could reinstall it to start afresh.
Step 1:Open theMicrosoft Store, searchTelegram Desktop, and clickUpdate.
Step 3:SearchTelegram Desktop, click itsthree-dot menu, and selectUninstall.
Head to the Microsoft Store to install and configure it again.
