Your router uses a private IP address
Every gadget connected to theinternethas anIP address, or Internet Protocol address.
There are public and private IP addresses.

Among these addresses, the IANA reserved certain number blocks to be private.

This is why a router’s private IP does not need to be unique.
Each gear inside the connection can connect to another gear in the connection using this private IP.
Private IP addresses cannot, however, reach the internet.
Google returns your public IP address.
There are other ways, including websites specifically dedicated to returning a public IP address such aswhatsmyip.orgorwhatIsMyAddress.com.
Connect to the internet.
Open a command prompt.
Enteripconfigto display a list of your machine’s connections.
Your private IP address is identified as the IPv4 address.
This is the address at which it’s possible for you to be contacted by anyone in your internet.
In some cases, this IP address might be shared by another gear on the nextwork.
Be sure to disconnect any additional devices before trying to access your router.
As with any IP address, only one gadget on the data pipe should use 192.168.0.1 to avoidaddress conflicts.
